This competition consisted on the re-design of an existing tower in Singapore - the original project was a regular tower with concrete structural vertical blades that visually marked the building.
For the new design, this characteristic was enhanced, variating, increasing and merging vertical fines (resulting from adding structure and cantilevering the existing fines), adding another aesthetic value to the structure itself and using it to improve and increase the areas of the apartments.
At the top of the building a roof cafeteria was introduced, a leisure space carved throughout the density of the vertical fines structure that shape and defines the building.
